Services

Citi Insider LLC provides bookkeeping and related financial recordkeeping services for businesses and individuals. Services may include, but are not limited to:

Bookkeeping
Bank reconciliations
Financial reporting
Accounts payable and receivable management
Payroll support
General accounting assistance

Specific services, deliverables, and fees will be outlined in a separate agreement, proposal, or engagement letter where applicable.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and timely information.
Supply all necessary financial documents and records.
Review reports and communications provided by Citi Insider LLC.
Notify us promptly of any errors or discrepancies.

Citi Insider LLC is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed information provided by the client.

Fees and Payment

Fees are communicated before work begins.
Payment is due according to the agreed invoice terms.
Late payments may result in suspension of services.
Any collection costs or legal fees incurred in recovering overdue balances may be charged to the client where permitted by law.

All fees are stated in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise specified.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and financial records.

Confidential information may only be disclosed:

With client authorization;
As required by law, court order, or governmental authority; or
To trusted service providers assisting in the delivery of services under confidentiality obligations.

No Tax, Legal, or Investment Advice

Unless expressly agreed in writing, Citi Insider LLC does not provide:

Legal advice
Tax advice
Investment advice
Financial planning services

Clients should consult qualified professionals for such services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Citi Insider LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted.

Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate bookkeeping services, we cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of information supplied by third parties, financial institutions, software providers, or the client.

Clients remain responsible for reviewing financial records and reports.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and materials, is the property of Citi Insider LLC unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Termination

Either party may terminate services at any time, subject to any separate written agreement.

Upon termination:

Outstanding fees remain payable.
Clients will receive access to completed work and records as applicable.
Citi Insider LLC may retain records as required by law.

Website Use

Users agree not to:

Use the website for unlawful purposes;
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data;
Interfere with website functionality or security;
Upload malicious code or harmful content.

We reserve the right to restrict access for violations of these Terms.
