At Citi Insider LLC, we strive to provide high-quality bookkeeping services and excellent customer support. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we offer a refund policy subject to the terms below.
15-Day Refund Policy
Clients may request a refund within 15 calendar days of the original payment date.
To be eligible for a refund:
- The refund request must be submitted within 15 days of payment.
- The client must provide a reasonable explanation for the request.
- Any work already completed or delivered may be deducted from the refund amount.
Non-Refundable Services
Refunds may not be available for:
- Services that have been fully completed and delivered.
- Custom bookkeeping work that has been substantially performed.
- Third-party fees, software subscriptions, filing fees, or other costs incurred on behalf of the client.
- Services where the client has failed to provide required information or documentation after work has commenced.
Partial Refunds
If services have been partially completed, Citi Insider LLC reserves the right to issue a partial refund based on:
- Time spent on the project;
- Services already performed;
- Costs incurred in providing the service.

Processing Time

Right to Refuse Refunds
Citi Insider LLC reserves the right to deny refund requests that:
- Are submitted after the 15-day refund period;
- Involve services that have been fully completed;
- Violate our Terms and Conditions;
- Involve fraudulent or abusive refund requests.
